Koceljeva Flag
Koceljeva is a small village and municipality located in the Macva District, Serbia.
The Koceljeva Flag has a white saltire with a fret in the centre. Red, blue and white are from the Pan-Slavic tricolour of the Serbian Flag.
As far as we know, there is no particular significance to the fretwork in the centre; just something to distinguish the flag from similar flags. (If you have further information about this design, please let us know.)
