Já (groom's name), odevzdávám se tobě (bride's name),

Slibuji, že ti zachovám lásku, úctu a věrnost,
že tě nikdy neopustím,
a že s tebou ponesu všechno dobré i zlé až do smrti;
K tomu ať mi pomáhá Bůh. Amen.
I, (groom's name), take you, (bride's name),
to be my wife.
I promise you love, honour, and respect, to be faithful to you,
and not to forsake you until we are parted by death;
so help me God. Amen - Each line spoken by the priest and repeated by the bride:
