Prayer over the Gifts

God of all mercy, you transformed Saint and made him a new creature in your image. Renew us in the same way by making our gifts acceptable to you. We ask this in the name of Jesus the Lord. Amen.

Or this:

Lord, may this gift we bring to your altar in memory of Saint be acceptable to you. Free us from the things that keep us from you, and teach us to seek you as our only good. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
